Return Policy

At Montecore PawPrints, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy allows you to return the product for a refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returning your item:

1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition: Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags or labels attached. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at catnews@montecorepawprints.com. We will be sure to give you instructions on how to proceed with the return.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different product, send us an email at catnews@montecorepawprints.com and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

7. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Exceptions: Some items may be exempt from our return policy. These include clearance items, gift cards, personalized products, or specific health and personal care items.
